new!   BLACK ANGUS BEEF

We are currently raising 65+ Head of Beef [and counting] which will be ready for 2010 delivery. 

Meat will become available starting in July. Place your order now by e-mailing us.  We'll place you on the list and call you when beef comes available.

Butching will be done at Tri-town, a local USDA certified slaughterhouse. The meat will be butchered to your specification, so you can get more or less of the cuts as you wish.

Cuts will be fresh and vacuum sealed, ready for your freezer or for dinner!
